We think our customers are - Very interesting. I love to talk to them and find out about their lives. Most are multi-dimensional and very interesting.

My business philosophy is - There must be a three-way win. Naturally the consignor must be happy - she is my lifeblood. The buyer must be happy and when they are, then I am and we all WIN. I truly believe in Karma and that if you treat people fairly in your business you will reap the rewards in your business success. I work very hard at my business. I know most of my consignors and customers by first and last name and let them know how much I appreciate their business. I understand that they have many choices in my business as in any other and I want to earn their loyalty.

The thing I love most about my business is - The people and getting to know them more than on just a surface level. The next best thing is that I am actually always shopping because consignments come in everyday. And I live/love to shop.

Arizona is a great place to do business because - It is growing so fast and there are so many visitors and part time residents that it is constantly increasing my customer base.

My business background is - I had a previous career in the hotel industry working for both Hyatt Hotels and Westin Hotels and Resorts. In fact, I was the first female General Manager for Westin Hotels. So customer service comes naturally to me and I hope that the atmosphere in the store is one of friendliness and helpfulness as well as awesome shopping.
