CONSIGNMENT CONTRACT

High Society hopes to make consignment experienced reward.

I, the consignor, understand I am fully responsible for merchandise I consign at High Society. I understand that High Society is not responsible for theft, loss or damage.

Merchandise not picked up within seven (7) days after due date shall be considered abandoned and will become the property of High Society Resale Boutique. Due dates are 60 days after the date of consignment.

Pricing of the items will be determined by High Society and may be repriced at any time at the discretion of High Society. High Society pays 50% of the actual sale price to the consignor.

I understand that if I do not pick up my check within 3 months of the end of my consignment date, all moneys may be forfeited.
